Do you offer consignment?
I do not offer consignment. Sorry!
Do you offer layaway?
Yes. After 24 hours of listing an item it will be available for 30, 60 or 90 day layaway.
Our terms are as follows and are non-negotiable:
I require a 20% non-refundable deposit within 24 hours to hold your item for the agreed upon term while you make payments.
Layaway purchases are final sale. They are not transferable to other items, eligible for return, exchange or store credit. If you chose to cancel a layaway or do not pay the balance by the end of the agreed upon date the item will be returned to inventory and all payments will be forfeited.
Goods will not be delivered until final payment is complete and cleared by the bank.
Knox Jewels reserves the right to offer layaway on a case by case basis. If you have ever canceled layaway, made a late payment or failed to complete the plan by agreed upon time frame, it will not be extended to you again.
Do you offer returns & exchanges?
I offer returns and exchanges on items that were purchased in one payment (not layaway). Within 3 days of receiving the item let me know if you want to return it. Please send it back carefully packaged and fully insured so that you can file a claim if it is lost or damaged. The item has to be returned in the original condition with all Knox Jewels packaging, tags, and applicable GIA reports. I do not refund original or return shipping, transaction fees (3% in the US and 4.5% internationally) or custom charges. Any item returned that shows signs of wear, alteration, sizing or damage will be denied and returned to you at your expense.
I do not accept returns on items that have been custom ordered, engraved, sized or otherwise modified in any way.
Knox Jewels reserves the right to refuse return of items that do not meet these requirements.
What form of payment do you accept?
I accept payment via credit card, Zelle or wire transfer. If paying by Zelle or wire, you will receive a 3% discount.
How do you ship?
USA: USPS Priority or Express
Internation: USPS Priority International or Express
Fedex Shipping is available, just contact me for a quote.
Please note that "Handling Fee" is the insurance premium added to the cost of shipping. Also please note that customs charges vary by country and they are your responsibility to pay. Check with your country before purchasing so there are no surprises. If items are returned back to me as unclaimed, I am happy to re-arrange shipping but you will be responsible for the cost.
Do you offer a guarantee?
I do not offer any guarantees on pre-owned jewelry once it leaves my possession. It is normal for jewelry to need adjustments, stones tightened etc. I recommend that you insure your jewelry in case it is lost, stollen, or damaged and needs repairs in the future.
Do you offer sizing?
We do not offer sizing due to variation in mandrels. It is the very best decision for you to have your ring sized locally to be sure you get the exact size you want.
